Milramco LLC developed the BellHawk® real-time operations tracking and management software platform as well as the MilramX™ enterprise integration software platform. These were developed over the past decade by Dr. Peter Green the CTO of Milramco in collaboration with BellHawk Systems Corporation.
Milramco owns the intellectual property rights to the BellHawk and MilramX software as well as their trademarks and documentation.
MilramX licenses the BellHawk and MilramX software, trademarks, and documentation to BellHawk Online Inc. to use as part of the BellHawk Online Cloud-based Software-as-a-Service real-time operations tracking and management service.
BellHawk Online operates a very active reseller partner program, which enables barcode equipment resellers to sell complete solutions based on using BellHawk Online in the Cloud or to rent the software to clients for installation on their own servers.
MilramX licenses the BellHawk and MilramX software, trademarks, and documentation to BellHawk Systems Corporation to use as part of real-time operations tracking and management systems sold by BellHawk Systems Corporation to larger industrial organizations.
Milramco is actively seeking solution integration partners that would like to directly license these software products from Milramco so they can offer BellHawk and MilramX as part of systems they implement for their own clients.
MilramX is also making these products available on an OEM licensing basis to clients that would like to integrate these products into their own software suites or products under their own trade name.
